Prof. Agnieszka Leszczyńska has been working at the Institute of Musicology, University of Warsaw.  She does principally research on music till 1600. In the past she investigated Franco-Flemish music of the Josquin’s generation. At present she is involved mostly in the sixteenth-century music of Royal Prussia and other countries of Baltic region. She studies output of composers such as Franciscus de Rivulo, Johannes Wanning, Johannes Celscher, Petrus de Drusina. She also analyses musical sources, their structure and cultural context.
